How to use 'Target Start' and 'Target End' in a Confluence Forms

Hello there 

We are trying to set a Form in Confluence and we want to use the 'Target start' and 'Target end' Fields.

Editing and creating in Confluence works fine but in Jira the created Issue does not carry the in Confluence selected dates.

Any guess/hints?
