Jira Service Desk: How to create more fields under "Request Types"?

So I am looking at this "Request Type" that I want the client to interact with and there are some fields that aren't available to add that I really want. How can I add more?

Screenshot 2: The only fields that I can seem to add to this request type.... how can I add more fields to these?

Hello,

Request type is based upon issue types. Try to add more fields to the screens of the based issue type.
