Jira Software (server 7.8.1) and Confluence Integration (server 6.7.2)

Hello Community,

I was wondering if anyone could help me, with the following. We're suppose to have Jira en Confluence (fully)integrated. And I have been told, I could a create users for Jira and Confluence at the same time, as in 1 go.  Now, I've been trying to get that to work, but it seems I just don't have the option.

I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong or something might have not have been (fully) configured or that an add on is needed, but I've been told when creating a new user, you can select Jira Software and/or Confluence. The only thing the option is not showing...

Can someome tell if this is even possible... It's driving me nuts and I feel usermanagement is taking up more time than it should.

Which option are you referring to? Can you confirm that you've run through the steps already to connect the two in Connecting Confluence to Jira applications for User Management?
