Lets say you have two confluence accounts

mycompanycorp.atlassian.net

mycompanytest.atlassian.net

How do you link the knowledgebase from mycompanycorp to mycompanytest?

Mycompanycorp has a confluence license but just for kb. Mycompanytest is doing a demo of jiraservicedesk so we want to demo the current kb on test.

Hi Jonathan,

I believe that confluence and JSM need to be in the same domain as explained here: https://confluence.atlassian.com/servicedeskcloud/blog/2017/12/knowledge-bases-must-be-on-the-same-domain-as-your-service-desk

I would create the JSM in the corp account and restrict the access to the project so that you have ability to call the KB articles.
