Using built-in functinality - no.

Using plugins - yes, for example ScriptRunner for Confluence

As Dmitry already mentioned, it's not possible with a built in functionality.

However, if you are able to alter the logic you are using you might consider automating the creation of a Confluence page when a Jira ticket is created. Check this article for more info.
