I'm not receiving verification email on my new email address

Hi there,

I'm recently changed my company email address and am trying to migrate accounts on both Jira and Confluence but i'm not receiving any of the emails so I'm unable to log in. 

To top it off, I can't have access to customer support unless i'm on a paid plan and cannot go on a paid plan unless I verify my email.. 

 

Anyone have any experience with that? it would be much appreciated
