Simple automation not working

Hello, I have two automations

The first when a new page is published automatically moves the page to the drafts folder and adds the draft label

The second when a page is manually moved from the "draft" folder to the "review" folder the draft label is removed and the review label is added. 

The first works fine. The second, no label modification occurs. These seem like they should be very simple. What silly mistake am I doing? thank you for your help!

I guess that something is wrong with order or probably with CQL where condition is not met.. 

Make sure that "draft" label is actually on the page that is moved. Try to reorder and see if that helps. You can also add a "log" step that send an email to verify that it actually executed. 

There might be also a situation that things overall and is not able to get results quickly like getting all pages with label so maybe adding specific space or something would make it execute faster

One last thing is permission problem but I think page is not moved to a different space correct so it should be fine..
