Trying to create tickets from confluence, ( taking long time to create ticket)
When i try to create a ticket from confluence, after i select any text and click "Create"
shows "Getting required fields..." and take 15 min to get the field for creating the ticket.
any suggestions where to start root cause analysis ?
I see Atlassian identified this as a bug and fixed it with release of Confluence 7.12:
We will upgrade and hopefully all will be fine.

It's been a while since you posted this, but did you ever find a solution? We are experiencing the exact same behavior, except the "Getting required fields..." never stops.

From what i remember after the upgrade of jira and few tweaks later it was resolved.
( didnt find the core error)

Thanks for the reply. We are running some pretty new versions in Confluence and Jira, so I am not sure why it is coming up now.
