Higher ups would like a filter created that they can put in keywords and filter/search through tickets. This is basic, stock functionality in JIRA, but since they arent logging into JIRA (this will be embedded in a Confluence page to which they will have access) they will not be able to use that simple functionality.
Is there a way a filter can be set up to do this?
