How does the community feel about the notification a user gets when we remove their admin rights? I've found it causes nothing heartache in my org. Thoughts? Suggestions?
Example:
Hi <name>,
<Name> <email> removed you as an administrator of the <group name> organization.
Cheers,
The Atlassians
I do agree that is a little bit cold and impersonal. I haven't had that as I am server based but have had to remove some here as well. I've always let them know ahead of time that a) it was happening and b) why.
As to heartache; when you get to my... advanced... state of career, quite often being removed as admin on something is a reason for a happy dance. One less thing I'm responsible for.
We have both server and cloud, so was surprised when the notification when out, so didn't have a chance to prep :) I agree, we get to an age where less is more!
