Attachements in Forms not working on android devices - Does it impact you ?

Dear Community , 

I'm reaching out , to see if you are as me unable to add attachements on Forms when using a android mobile phone ? 

It seems to me this might have a big impact regarding the number of potential customers on JSM using an android device to raise and interact with request forms. 

I would love to get your vote on the open bug related to it : https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSDCLOUD-17819

Hi @Marc-Antoine Thimm ,

 

Unfortunately the Atlassian Jira Mobile app doesn't support the JSM Portal well. However, you can look at 3rd party apps which usually have good support for Portal ticket creation including attachments and JSM Forms support.

 

You can try our app Mobility for Jira, it provides great support for Forms, Assets, and many other fields. It reflects workflow and branding exactly as configured in Jira. It is ideal for external and internal clients. Once the Atlassian Marketplace app is installed, all your clients can login via the iOS or Android app.
