We would like to implement Jira Servicedesk and to use it also to store the data for erxternal eneviroments.
We are a company that services several customers how al has the own enviroment. Each enviroment can be reached on there own way,
How can we store that in Jira Servicedesk? Is there some kind of CMDB to do that?

No we don't have a CMDB at this momemt. We would like to setup one.
What's not clear for me if we can use Jira for that or that an other CMDB is better?
So that you use a REST API for the connection.

this might depend on your requirements, complexity of existing infrastructure and required deeper knowledge of your system and setup.
Most likely this is a step to be executed with a seasoned Solution Partner experienced in implemented CMDB solutions.
Apart from that you always can do testing with 30-day trial licenses from marketplace - but as this is a more complex topic it is recommended to discuss with people experience in implementing stuff like this.
