Hello :)
in the first place I'm sorry for maybe little bit confused description but I work with JIRA about 1 month.
I would like to make a report about SLAs to show avarage SLAs overrun. In this situation we have lots of tickets which didn't keep SLA and I would like to say "our avarage overrun SLAs on B priority incidents is 1h30m".
I'm pretty sure that JQL will not help me but if I try to make a report in SD the numbers are incorrect.
Thank you for every help,
Barb

Hi! You haven't said how your version isn't correct, but let's say you have a "time to resolution" SLA configured. You can just do your standard incident search on the B priority incidents and look for those which breached the SLA...
project = myProject and and priority=B and "Time to Resolution" = breached()
...and then include the Time to Resolution column in your issue columns. Export your issues and calculate your average. It isn't the most elegant solution but should get you where you close to where you want to be without add-ons.
Cheers,
Erin
