Is there a way to restrict customer registration by email domain? I want to provide a support portal for all my employees, but do not want to manually add every employee, nor do I want to allow random internet user to report support tickets.
We are connected to G-Suite, is there a way to pre-populate all users as customers auto-magically?

Hello Darren,
Welcome to Atlassian Community!
When we open the customer portal for customers to create their own accounts, currently, there is no option to restrict the account creation by domain, anyone will be able to create an account by sending an email or going to the portal.
Recently it was added the Allowlist where we can add trusted domains, but it will only prevent that trusted domain are marked as spam.
With that said, we have a feature request suggesting the implementation of domain restriction for the portal:
Please, click on vote and watch to receive updates about the feature.

A Jira Service Desk that is used for internal company tickets should be able to restrict email requests to only those sent from the company's domains, and block anything coming from any other mail accounts (eg, random gmail addresses, etc)
