Changes to transition screen comment behaviour in Jira Service Management

Agree with latest comments. I'd like to use screens on different transitions, some go to customer, some go to next level tiers where I want to ensure that default is not "reply to customer", but internal comment. A checkbox in the screen action would resolve this issue.
