We’re excited to share that Assets is scaling to support up to 10 million objects 🎉.
Until now, customers could only store up to 3 million objects in Assets Schemas, but the new limit will take effect on November 1, 2025.
All Service Collection Premium and Enterprise customers are able to increase their Assets Schema Object limits to 10 million custom objects.
Contact us: Reach out to your Atlassian Account Contact or to your Solution Partner to express your interest. If you don’t have an Atlassian Account Contact, you’ll need to create a support ticket.
Provide details: You’ll be asked questions about your current Assets storage, your primary use cases and any challenges you’ve faced with performance in Assets so far.
Site review: Our team will run a performance test to ensure your environment is ready for the increased limit.
Billing and payment: Before we proceed with increasing your object limit, you will need to confirm and pay for the increased object tier. Changes to Assets CBP billing were announced in October. Your cost will depend on whether you are billed monthly or annually, and you may be eligible for additional discounts or concessions. Enablement: Once payment is confirmed, we’ll work closely with you to increase your limit and monitor your experience.
