Был подключен Jira Service Desk У пользователей которые имели доступ только на просмотр Jira Software в списке проектов появилось демо Jira Service Desk.
Считаю это грубым нарушением настроек. Так как, таким образом, все пользователи, не имеющие доступ и отношения к другим продуктам, были уведомлены о том, что был подключен еще один продукт.

I see that Jira Service Desk Free was added to your site and the Demo project is automatically created as Open, so anyone with an account will have access, so I believe that's the reason why users received an email and they can see the project on the Project's list, but the administrator can change this setting by going to Project settings > Internal access.
After changing the permission to Private, make sure to also change Customer permissions by going to Project settings > Channels > Customer permissions and select "Customers my team adds to the project" > Save.
