メンションが行えない

お世話になっております。

jiraで＠マークを付けてユーザーをメンションしようとしたところ、

ユーザーが表示されずメンションができない状態です。

恐れ入りますが対処法をご共有いただけますでしょうか。

If my translation is correct, then your issue may be related to the following existing bug - https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSDCLOUD-1476.  Unfortunately, there are no workaround available.
