Hi all
The AI feature to help identify gaps in knowledge sounds promising, except for one thing. If you have issue security applied to tickets, they are ignored.
Our set-up requires us to have issue security in place, so all tickets are assigned to one security level or another.
Does anybody know of another way (other than reading each ticket!!) to identify knowledge gaps by analysing our tickets that have issue security in place?

The user running the gap analysis should get added to the group that has the issue security enabled. However, if you have different issue security schemes and groups, then that would be hard to provide access to.
