Hi Community,
Is it possible for a Customer to @mention another customer in his/her ticket where the ticket was not shared with that customer?
For example.
Customer A want to mention Customer B in ticket X. But the ticket X was not shared with Customer B but he is in the customer list.

It should be possible: head over to your Service's project settings - Customer permissions - Customer sharing
But then I did a little research on the topic because I had a feeling. Apparently, it's not possible for customers at the moment in Cloud:
