I'm using the Teams integration app "Jira Cloud", but I can mention individuals in the comment section of the in-app ticket details, but I can't mention the admin team. Is this a specification?

・Purpose
I want to be able to see the customer portal from Teams, and I want to be able to see the status of tickets registered from the portal.
・Background
The "Website" app was added to any channel in Teams and linked to the URL of the customer portal.
However, when I try to log in, I get the message "There was a problem verifying my credentials" and I can't log in.
・Questions
Is there a way to succeed in the above authentication?
Do you have any other settings, knowledge, apps, etc. that allow you to view the customer portal from Teams?
