Hi,
I want to understand. How to prevent the requester of the issue from viewing all other issues within the project.
Our requirement is that only the admin be able to view all the tickets within the project, rest of the users should just be able to request new tickets and view statuses of tickets that have been raised by them.
Please advise, I am also confused on the type of accesses.
Thanks
@Hitesh Dhanwani You don't have to do anything as that is the default for JSD.
Hi Arthur,
We only have a trial version in our team for now. Before we move to the full version we wanted to check this one security feature.
In the trial version, how do I just give the requester the form access. Because only 3 users are allowed in the trial version, I dont seem to find a way to have external requester's to request tickets on our dummy project that we have created for testing. (Without them having the visibility to the whole Kanban board/other issues)
Thanks in advance.

Not sure about the trial version but the way JSD works is the customer cannot see the JIRA project at all and you can have unlimited customers as they do not take up a JIRA licence. There should be no security worries at all.
