Account settings - profile and visibility - email address

I wonder if there is any way to set up email visibility for all Jira users, as I am an administrator. Or does everyone have to do it themselves?

Looks like this feature is only avialable in server/DC: https://confluence.atlassian.com/conf610/user-email-visibility-952623269.html

For Cloud, every users needs to do it individually: https://support.atlassian.com/confluence-cloud/docs/configure-user-email-visibility/
