For Some Reoson I cannot activate the widgets for my open customer Portals .
Though the Portal is Open I still get the notification when trying to activate the widget, that the portal must be open.
Since I have diffrent customer Portals some are not available for customers and the others are open , this may be the reoson but not sure .
are the widgets available only for Premium Packages?

What if you set all portals to open, does the widget function then? (maybe do this on your sandbox)
If it does, you have an answer, but then I suggest ton contact Atlassian Support, as it might be a bug.
