Add Atlassian Assist in slack, but it didn't send a message to me to set the request type

Hi all,

I add the Atlassian Assist in slack, but it didn't send a message to me to set the channel to be agent channel/request channel. It only show a message that assist has been added. Therefore, when I use assist through '/assist', I need to select which site, which service project and which request type. 
Do you have any ideas?
