I used JIRA SERVICE DESK for manage my tickets.
I used Time tracking for add time on my ticket.
Question:
I would like Add a customize field when I add a new time tracking.
Sample, when i add 25minutes on my tickets, I would like force a type of action:
Reading documentations, offsite, sheduled tasks, other....
ANd not a free and variable comments..
After that, I can calculate time tracking not by ticket but by type of actions (3 hours of documentations, 5hours of Calls, 6h offsite,etc.....
is it possible?

Here's the steps
Create a custom field of type single select List add the options.
Create a screen and add the field on the screen.
Add the transition to enforce field required option using validators between two statuses.
You need to select the screen on the transition.

I don't want change the ticket's status.
I want to fill in ten of types of actions in time log (consigner le travail en français) , on the same ticket without changing status, for example to fill in 10 minutes of time "spent on documentation" (custom field), 4 hours on "meeting" ( custom field) etc...
that i could add or replace to comments field
