Add attachment to sub-task

I have an automation that creates a sub-task on the main issue on transition. The main issue has an attachment and I want one of the sub-tasks to have that attachment included. Is that possible?

Hi @Olof Nysten 

To my knowledge this can't be done natively with Jira. You have to use some short of an app. For example, you can do that automation via workflow and with the JMWE app.

• You add a post function on the desirable transition of your issue's workflow to Create Issue
• There, you specify that you want to copy the attachments

You might be able to do it with Scriptrunner (app) as well.

I hoped it would be possible to do as all the other fields was very easy to copy to the sub-task. I'll look into that.
