Is there a way to add multiple requesters to a single ticket while creating it? The goal is that whenever I comment on the ticket or change its status, all the requesters will receive notifications.

No, not to the actual Reporter field. However, you could create a new custom field of a User Picker (Multiple Users) type. Then you could store the additional users there. You could then add the custom field to your Notification Scheme for the project to notify the users in that field.

In JSM, we usually use "Shared with" in the portal to fulfill your requirement. The jira field behind is "Request Participants" and we can add more customer so as to let them notified.
