Add skype phone jira service desk notifications

Hi,

does anyone knows how could I add a link that make a skype call in jira customer notifications? I have seen is possible to add some links but I don't find the way to add a phone link using callto.

I saw that you created a ticket with our support and it was already resolved.

I’m sharing the resolution here in case other community members have the same question.

To add a link to Skype on customer notifications, it’s necessary to go to Project settings > Customer notifications > Edit templates and on HTML add the link to Skype as the example below:

<a class="jsd-issue-link" href="skype:echo123?call">Call Skype</a>

It applies to both Service Desk Cloud and Server.
