How can we remove the new "add to past" button on the internal note part of comments? This is not something we want to offer technicians to be able to do.

Did you ever get an answer for this? This seems to be turned on for some of our ticket types but not others. So I suspect it is based on Request/Issue type but I can't find a setting for it.
