We are trying to add another email to receive email about the issue requests. Now only the admin receives email for the every new issue. Of course when you add watcher or assign a user only then another user receives an email. The purpose of that is our team increases and we want more than one account to receive emails about issue in our queues. What we can do?

Hello @Damyan D Georgiev

Welcome to the community.

  1. If you are using Jira service Management with the standard notification permission, you need to associate all your team members (one by one or by a group) to the role "Service Desk Team". So they will receive emails for new issues.
  2.  Otherwise, I think you can use "filters and subscriptions".
    • You can create a new filter then go to "yourcompany.atlassian.net/jira/filters" for cloud or "BASEURL/secure/ManageFilters.jspa?filterView=search" for DC/server.
    • Click on subscribe (or Manage subscription) and then choose the group to notify

I hope think can help,

Regards,

Seif,
