Adding values to an insight custom field in automation

Hi all,

I am thinking a bit above my knowledge level at the moment so am firing off a distress flare.

In Insight I have a Role, one of the attributes for that role is 'Required groups' (which can store multiple items).

The Required Groups is an object type that has an attribute listing all the licensed software groups that person needs to be a part of.  So if they are needed to be part of 4 groups I am looking to collect the information from the licensed software attribute for the 4 groups.

What I want to do as part of the onboarding ticket is to fire off an automation that will look at the role for a new user in the ticket created and then reach into insight and collect all the licensed software for that role and then add it to a 'Licensed Software' insight custom field displayed for the agent to then see and then action.

So basically Role has an attribute of 'Required Groups'

Required Groups has an attribute of 'Licensed Software'

I assume I need to do a 'Lookup objects' to the people schema and then match Role = "{{issue.employee role}}"

Then I think I need to do something with inboundReferences to match the employee role to reach down into the other object types in the schema but just not sure how to build that part of the edit issues automation.

I am confused just typing it out?! :/
