Hi Everyone, is there a way or an application on Atlassian to replicate this freshservice feature when creating a ticket? When filling up a form for this particular department, the requester can also fill up another form for other department on that same form page.
If I understand you correctly, you need an additional form for JSM. If so, I suggest you try out Smart Jira Forms
