After jaira comes at lassian are they just collaborating together as a merging program ?

I signed up for Jiraa I signed and for atlassian after that I'm just wondering if it's going to be an all-in-one later and everything's just going to be compatible with each other?

Atlassian is the company that makes Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, etc.  Your Atlassian account you setup allows you to access all their products.  You still have to select / sign-up for each of their products but they can all be accessed through your Atlassian account.
