We have an approval mechanism in the project. Notifications are sent via e-mail to the groups that will approve. Approval or rejection can be done by pressing the buttons on the incoming e-mail, but when the appointed person approves the notification from the automation for Jira, the same e-mail notification with the project name comes again.
I need to make sure the email arrives as a single email.
