After the change of automation rule user is not able to see in Action the manual trigger

Good morning all!

 

We have a manual trigger for a specific project.

After this change on manual trigger shown in the action button, a user has complained that it is not viewing the rule in that section as it is supposed to happen.

The manual trigger is configure like this:

The user is in the "Análisis" group. But he doesn't view the trigger in the action view. In fact, I have added myself to the group and I can't view it either. 

Can you please help me with these?
