We need a feature request which needs to allow customers to edit portal fields which is already a feature request to Jira https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSDSERVER-93. But it seems that there are so such feature yet. So we are trying to find a plugin to meet this requirement. We have tried Actions for Jira Service Desk and Feature Bundle for Jira Service Management. But both cannot be migrated between different instances which a must for us.
So is there a plugin which allows customers to edit portal fields and in the meantime its configurations can be migrated between different instances? Or if there is no such plugin, is there a way for us to develop a plugin of our own?
