We are starting to develop some HR Forms and the first one we are working on is the Offboarding process.
When someone submits the form and HR accepts the submission, it needs to go through an approval sequence. The people in that sequence are not agents in JSM.
We know that they will get sent an email with an Approved/Not Approved button option, but is there a way to include the issue information in that email so they can read the information being submitted?

Ok, I see the editing options for the approvers email which is great. Is there any smart value that can be used to pull and display the Form and/or it's contents?
I understand that I could link a form field to a jira field and pull it via smart values at that point, but hoping that I'm just missing a simple feature or function.

Smartvalues only work for Automation for Jira and can't really be used elsewhere. There is a request with Atlassian for more variables though, https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSDCLOUD-4782. Cheers!
