Hello,
as a site admin I am deploying Jira Service Management to my Company.
I do not want Agents to be able to manage Organizations, so I disabled this option in the general configuration.
On the other hand, Agents can invite new Customers, but it seems they have no way to assign them to an Organization.
That means that I must take care of adding Customers to Orgs, after the Agents have invited them. Besides being a rather useless rework, that might become a bottleneck. Moreover, the Customer would receive a second invitation email !
Is there a way to just let Agents invite Customers to an Organization, without letting them create new Orgs (which would lead to complete chaos in a short time) ?
