Anexar arquivos em e-mail de notificação

It appears that is not a function that is available in Jira Cloud out of the box based on this change request:

Based on the information in that change request and in its comments there are third party applications that you might be able to use to achieve that requirement.

Attach files in notification email

I need to send a notification email that sends the attachment as well. How could I carry out this process?
