Approvals Field (system field) does not show in Agent View

I have Approvals field (system field) added to my issue and request types and it appears under Context Fields in Agent View configuration setup. However, the field will not show up in the actual issue itself (in Agent View)

Once an issue is approved, I want to see who approved the issue on the right site of the agent view. I can see the list of 'Approvers', just no approval details.

The Approvals field control this

And once someone approves (or denies) the approval will show up in the comment like this:

There is nothing that you can do to have it show up on the right-hand side unless you add a custom fields that shows who approved it.

Thanks, I do see the approval in comments. I was hoping for something on the right so it was immediately clear it was approved. I'll look into the custom field showing who approved it.

Hi @Alvin 

this is actually normal right now on the ‘no longer so new’ issue view. 
They are still working out the kinks and seeing the approvals is one of those. 

you can still follow up in the history but not yet on the main issue view

Thanks, I was told this exists on the On Prem version so assumed cloud would also have it.
