Are there any implications when upgrading to JIRA Premium?

I am looking to see if there are any adverse implications when upgrading to JIRA Premium? Downtime? Lost Data? Security Patches? Etc.

@AS there ir no risks to occour this problems, some features only will increased in your Jira instance
