Are there not api calls for Jira Asset Management? Documentation?

Everything I have found shows deprecated or I'm getting 'Oops, dead endpoint'.  I can get to Jira Service Management, but not Asset Management.

It shows the skeleton of the api call, which is helpful. 

Now, how about all of the api calls?  

Get Object Ids?

Get Attribute Ids?

Get occurences of objects?

Create occurences?

Edit occurences?

Edit an attribute?

And why is the skeleton use workspace for the example?

Is workspace built on top of Confluence?  Relatively new to JSM, so I'm not 100% sure why everything JSM is 'Project' centric except Assets, which seems to be central JSM centric.  I mean, it does make sense that an Asset could be related to multiple projects, but none of the api documentation focuses on how to get there.
