As Custommer can't insert Screenshots with Snipping Tool 11.2201.12.0

If I use the Snipping Tool from Microsoft, I can't insert Screenshot in a Comment. If i use another Tool (e.g. Greenshot), it works!

In the Jira-Ticket it works although with the Snipping Tool!?
