Assets disappears from my ribbon bar occasionally. Anyone know why this happens? We use this for our asset mgmt / CMDB and would like to rely on this for our accurate reference but lately, since the upgrade from Insight, it's been spotty.

This is odd where Assets option missing from the ribbon bar. The only thing I know that if a user shrinks his/her browser window size (instead of full screen) to something smaller, the ribbons bar will automatically adjust the display. If you don't see the Assets option, check the "More" option dropdown where you will see the Assets option.
If this was not the case for you where your didn't change the browser screen size, then I would recommend you to contact Atlassian Support (https://support.atlassian.com) for further assistance.

Thanks for your reply. I think we have it sorted. Our Premium license had lapsed and reverted to Standard which disables access. Lesson learned.
