Hi team, Please find the below scenario and suggest,
We have three kind of ticket like service req, Incident, mailed req. We want to set the approval scenario only for the Service req. but not for other two.
We created workflow with approvals but it got implemented on all type of issues while we want to assign it on a particular type of issues.
Please help.

you need to add the workflow for the other issue types (that do not need an approval) to the Workflow scheme and associate it with the according issue types.

Sounds indeed like you have a single workflow which is linked to all issue types. At the minium you'll have to split it in to 2 workflows and assign the correct flow to the appropriate issue types.
Then you can have the approval only on one of the 2 workflows.
