I have my tickets organized in different groups (let's call them organizations) and I want each group to be able to see only their tickets. For this I have a security level for each group and it works fine.
I also have some other groups (let's call them reviewers) that work in certain tickets of the organizations. I want the reviewers to be able to see only the tickets they are working at.
With the security scheme I have, I can only assign the ticket to either the organization or the reviewer. When it's assign to the organization, the reviewer can't see it, and when it's assign to the reviewer, the organization can't see it.
Is there a way to have the organizations and the reviewers see only their tickets at the same time?
Hello @Patricia Nora
In each issue how do you specify the "organization"? Is that a custom field? If so, what type of field is it?
And how doe you specify the "reviewer"?
Can you show us the current configuration of the security levels?
Hi @Trudy Claspill , both "organization" and "reviewer" are group of users, which I assign to the tickets in the "Assignment group" field.
I apologize if I misspell any names, I have the Jira in Spanish and don't know the exact names in English.
I guess this is the information you ask about the security levels:
Reviewer 1 | Group (Reviewer 1) |
atlassian-addons-project-access
Asignee | |
Organization 1 | Group (Organization 1) |
atlassian-addons-project-access
Asignee |

Hello @Patricia Nora
In each issue do you have two fields - one where you specify the Organization and a separate field where you specify the Reviewers? Or do you have only one field where you can specify either the Organization or the Reviewers? Can you provide a screen image of an issue and point out the fields that you use to specify these values for the issue?

Hi @Trudy Claspill I add both the organisation and the reviewer to the assigned group.
My problem is that with the security scheme I have, the ticket can't be viewed by both groups at the same time, as the security levels are different.
I would like the assigned groups to only see the tickets that they have assigned to them. And have more than 1 group assigned to each ticket.

I believe what you need to do is change your Security Level definitions. Instead of having two levels with each one designating a Group, have one level that uses the Group custom field value option, and select the custom field you indicated - Grupo Aignado.
I believe that in that case with that level assigned to the issue then anybody assigned to any group specified in that field would then have access to the issue.
