Strange problem.
Using JSM Premium with Assets.
I have a user, who has permission for JSM as a customer and is in Atlassian Guard, with product access.
However, she has never logged in.
When I try to assign an asset to her (using a custom User field), it can't find her.
I have had this before, and had to sign in as the user to make them appear. But I don't want to have to keep doing this/
Is there any way I can get the User field to include all customers, not just those who have signed in?

No unfortunate a user needs to be logged in once to be used within the system.
If not the user is only invited, but not active yet.

that breaks on my onboarding process for assigning a laptop to a new user !
