Hi Jira community,
Our use case: we are developing a product together with 2 partner organizations. Then we have some outsourcers, who work for us, but also for one of the previously mentioned partner organizations (see attached image). We are all working on the same product. I am wondering if the following is possible:
Currently the situation is that both partners and outsourcers are JSM customers, and they each see only their own requests (from the same domain).
Bottom line, is it possible to configure the relationships so that, in addition to what we have now, organization B also sees requests form the outsourcers?
Thank you:)
Hi @Dusan Kalanj ,
interesting question and hopefully someone that has done this or attempted has a more tried answer.
What would be interesting to attempt is creating an organization where B & Outsourcers are members. Maybe you have already attempted?
That's possible, but that would give the outsourcers the ability to see issues made by organization B. What I'd like to achieve is that organization B sees their own issues and the ones made by outsourcers, but the outsourcers only see the issues that they made (and not also the issues of organization B).

I see. I do not know of any one-dimensional view solution.

Alright. It's not so bad, we can live without this, I just thought I would ask if there was a solution. Regardless, thank you very much for your prompt help!
