Hello community,
I am currently working on a proof of concept to implement Jira Service Desk as our ITSM solution and I was wondering if I could manage Jira Service Desk customers with Atlassian Access that would be connected to our active directory.
Ex.: New Employee is added to AD. Would it automatically create an Service Desk customer account based on his AD credentials?

It's coming. There is now a new feature "User Provisioning" when you sign up for Access. It doesnt support Azure AD yet, but they say it's coming.

Currently, it's not possible to integrate JSD with AD. We have a feature request suggesting the implementation of this ability:
